HELP WITH TAPE IN HAIR EXTENSIONS

HI I HAVE BEEN USING ULTRA TRESS TAPE IN HAIR EXTENSIONS. THEY ARE OK BUT I EXPERIENCING SOME TROUBLE. EVERY TIME I WASH I LOSE A COUPLE OF EXTENSIONS THEY ALSO TEND TO SLIDE AND SLIP. I SWITCHED TO THE TAPE IN DUE TO ALOT OF DAMAGE FROM KERATIN BONDS. NOW I HAVE TO WEAR THE TAPE IN SINCE MY HAIR LOOK SOOO BAD ;( ALSO THE HAIR IS NOT THAT GREAT . IT NOTS EASILY AFTER A COUPLE OF WASHINGS. I NEED HELP WITH WHERE TO GET GOOD HAIR AT A REASONABLE PRICE IM WORRIED ABOUT WHICH TO BUY AS FAR AS WEFTED OR HAND TIED . I USE THE SANDWICH METHOD CURRANTLY SINCE IT GIVES ME SO MUCH MORE VOLUME. I DONT HAVE ALOT OF HAIR SO I NEED THE SANDWICH METHOD. ANY SUGGESTIONS OR ADVICE WLD BE HELPFUL...THX KITLINDY
