are these tape in extensions really safe for your hair? I had extensions in previously and had to remove them because they severly damaged my hair. I also had to cut it quite short because of the extensions. I would like to put a safe method in my hair but I am very leary because of my past experience..

So sorry that you had such a bad time with hair extensions,

For me the taped in extension have been my life saver and the first time I have been able to grow my own hair out. I always say everyone is so different and its really up to you to find what works best for you and also the more you learn about what you are wearing extension wise the better you can take care of your own hair.

When it comes to hair extensions don’t depend on anyone but yourself to really take care of your hair, the more you learn the better you can have beautiful hair growth.

Really I learned how to take care of my own hair and was very careful on my take downs and installs, never to be in a hurry and always took great care of my thin -fine hair.. when it comes to hair extensions it will always be up to you to maintain your hair.
