? about double sided tape
Hi Everyone,
I've been using Singer's method for my hair hair extensions ever since I bought her DVD about two years ago. Since then, I've modified it a bit (made them super thin) to accomodate my fine/thin hair. I prefer the lightness and the undetectability of making them thinner, but either way I've never had any hair loss, even when I made and used the double wefts. That is really saying something since I've litterally gone bald using everyl other methods. Unfortunately my hair just cant take the stress of fusion tips or braiding/sewing. What I'd really like to do is take away the shine and stickiness of the outer tape instead of adding more hair on top to cover the tape. I've been able to make them so thin, you cant even see the glue when I take the tape cover off and the hair does not fall out of the wefts even after a year of use! If I can rid of the shine and stick, OMG I'd be in heaven!! lol Any advice on how to do this would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Audrey
p.s. Tried to add photos to show you my wefts but it wouldn't let me attach the files.

Re: ? about double sided tape
Hello Audrey, wow what a great review thanks for coming here and taking the time to write it, I always love to hear how well the http://hairweftingtape.com method is working for everyone it really makes all the hard work for this business worth while.
Really I am so very happy that the Hair wefting tape method has worked out so well for you for so long now its done the same for me for years and my fine thin hair..
In my video I say many times over and over you have to find what works best for you and by you making them super thin for yourself is just what I mean, every size you make will always be up to you and by using hair wefting tape you can do that over and over again no other tape will last this long.
oh and about that shine-stickyness, here is a really great tip, you can take hair spray shampoo -spray it on your fingers and rub it on that weft and that should take care of it, many are doing this and it works great, let me know how that works for you ...
Also when it comes to uploading photos you can go to http://photobucket.com/ its free to add photo's there and once you add your photo it will let you copy your photo link and all you do is add-paste it in here and thats how you do it, this way the website here does not have to hold tons of photos,,
Well again thanks and if you need any help-or have any questions please feel free to email me anytime as I am always happy to help and also I would be more than happy to post your photos for you, just email them to me and I will do the rest, thanks again for your support you really made my day!...

Hi, I am having the same problem. Using powder currently but not working long term. You mentioned Hair Spray shampoo? Not familiar with this. explain? Or maybe I read wrong. did you mean shampoo first, then hairspray?

Hello Cgotnails1- We are talking about - Dry Shampoo...You can spray a little on your finger and then rub that across the weft that can help, if you can find a colored dry shampoo, one that matches your hair. that would be even better..just a thought.. do a search on dry shampoo in your search box and it will pop up many different brands,, ok hope that helps.. Have a great day!
